Terms and conditions

1.       THIS CARD is issued by THIS FASHION.

2.       The THIS CARD program is intended for individual and or personal use in Singapore only.

3.       THIS CARD is not usable in conjunction with other cards or promotion.

4.       THIS CARD is not transferable.

5.       THIS FASHION reserves the right to decline issue of a new card and to withdrew any existing cards at any time without prejudice to any party.

6.       Members must show their cards upon reaching the cashier and before a purchase is recorded. Failure to do so will render certain loss of member benefits or privilege.

7.       Members are responsible for informing THIS FASHION either in person or writing, when THIS CARD is lost, stolen or when there is a charge of personal particulars. If this is not done, THIS FASHION will not be able accountable for any consequences and any loss of benefits and privileges.

8.       An administrative charge of $10 is payable for the replacement of any card in the event of loss or theft.

9.       All terms and conditions of THIS FASHION’s ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply to all purchase made for by members.

10.   THIS FASHION reserves the right to amend or reserve any of the benefits and privileges conferred by the use of the THIS CARD at THIS FASHION shops or any participating company without prior notice.

11.   THIS CARD is valid at all THIS FASHION’s shop and DEPARTMENTAL STORE level 2 except THIS BUDGET OUTLET.
