Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q1.  If I have lost my receipt (white, original THIS FASHION receipt), would I be able to do the exchange of merchandise?

A1:   No, you are not able to make the exchange, even if you have the copy of nets or credit card transaction receipt.

 

Q2.  I purchase the merchandise during offer period. Would I be able to do an exchange if I am not satisfied with the merchandise in terms of size, color or design?

A2:  No, you are not able to do the exchange, as the merchandise is already an offer item to the customers.

 

Q3.  If a torn or stain is found after I have made the purchase within 3 days, is an exchange granted?

A3:  You may bring the item and receipt to any of our THIS FASHION outlets that are convenient for you. Then supervisor of that outlet will send the item back to headquarter for investigation after you have filled up the white form (Exchange of Merchandise). The headquarter take about 2-4 weeks to process the investigation. We will get back to you with regards to the decision as soon as possible.

 

Q4. If a torn or stain is found after I have made the purchase more than 3 days, is an exchange granted?

A4:  It has to be based on case-to-case basis. You must bring the item and receipt down to any of our THIS FASHION outlets at your convenience as soon as possible. The supervisor of that outlet will send your item back to headquarter for investigation after you have filled up the white form (Exchange of Merchandise). We will get back to you once the decision is made. If there is no receipt (white, original THIS FASHION receipt), the exchange will not be granted as there isn’t any prove of purchase from THIS FASHION (please refer to our Exchange Policy).

 

Q5.  Would I be to go to other outlets for an exchange?

A5:  Yes, you may. However, it is based on case-to-case basis.

 

Q6.  If I have made a purchase during my birthday month, within 3 days, I have found some stains or torn on the items I have purchased, would I be able to enjoy the 10% discount entitled to the member?

A6:  No, you are not entitled to the discount as during that purchase, you have already given a special rate of 20% if the exchange is granted.
